FIXED PRICE – A contract with a fixed unit price for a definite term. Fixed price contracts provide budget certainty as you will be supplied with energy at the fixed rate for the entire term of the contract.
VARIABLE RATE (INDEXED) – A contract with a fixed adder to the underlying wholesale cost of energy. Under this contract, your monthly price will float with wholesale energy prices, but will contain a lower negotiated administrative ‘adder’ on top of the energy supply prices.

Current Contract Assessments and Bill Review
Often, clients just want to know what they have and what they're paying for. This is often the first step in determining future energy savings - understanding the current environment. NetGain can work with your business to develop a customized baseline energy services audit to document, review, and assess your business’s electricity and/or natural gas usage, billing, and contracts.
NetGain typically reviews the past 12 months of energy bills, prepares summary tables of usage and costs, and reviews rates, taxes and fees for accuracy. NetGain also will prepare an Energy Contract Summary that contains information on any existing contracts or liabilities of the organization, based on the information provided. In addition to providing this summary data, NetGain will provide recommendations for your future energy supply needs.
